El acuerdo est\u00e1 sujeto a las aprobaciones regulatorias en Estados Unidos, Espa\u00f1a y Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bci opera en Miami desde el a\u00f1o 1999 con activos avaluados en m\u00e1s de US$3.000 millones. \u201cEs un mercado que conocemos y vemos grandes oportunidades. La compra del CNB es el paso natural en ese mercado como parte de nuestra estrategia de internacionalizaci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Lionel Olavarr\u00eda, gerente general de Bci.<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On May 24, Chilean bank Bci signed an agreement with Spain\u2019s Bankia to buy the Miami-based City National Bank of Florida for US$883 million. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals in the United States, Spain, and Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Bci has been operating in Miami since 1999 with assets valued over US$3 billion. \u201cIt\u2019s a market we know and we see big opportunities.
