La feria IFT Energy 2013 se realiz\u00f3 por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo en Espacio Riesco en Santiago, entre los d\u00edas 17 y 19 de abril. El evento de este a\u00f1o cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 100 empresas proveedoras de soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas y empresas del rubro energ\u00e9tico de 21 pa\u00edses. <\/p>\n
La feria fue organizada por AmCham y la firma estadounidense de administraci\u00f3n de ferias Kallman Worldwide. “Este es un evento excelente para desarrollar una red de contactos y construir negocios\u201d, dijo la presidenta de AmCham, Kathleen Barclay. <\/p>\n
El ministro de Energ\u00eda de Chile, Jorge Bunster, estuvo a cargo del discurso inaugural, en el que destac\u00f3 la fuerte participaci\u00f3n en la edici\u00f3n de este a\u00f1o de la feria que buscaba potenciar la incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevos actores al mercado energ\u00e9tico. <\/p>\n
De manera paralela a la feria, el Consejo Chile-EE.UU. sobre Energ\u00eda -que es presidido por AmCham- organiz\u00f3 una serie de seminarios para los socios, los que estuvieron concentrados en tecnolog\u00edas de energ\u00edas limpias, eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y regulaciones del sector de energ\u00eda. Al t\u00e9rmino de la feria, Kallman anunici\u00f3 que la IFT Energy 2014 se realizar\u00e1 en la nortina ciudad de Antofagasta. <\/p>\n

The IFT Energy 2013 Fair was held for the second consecutive year in Espacio Riesco in Santiago on April 17-19. This year more than 100 suppliers of technological solutions and energy companies from 21 countries participated.<\/P>

The Fair was organized by AmCham and US-based tradeshow management firm Kallman Worldwide. “This is an excellent event to develop a network of contacts and build businesses,\u201d said AmCham President Kathleen Barclay.<\/P>

Chilean Energy Minister Jorge Bunster gave the keynote address during the opening ceremony. He highlighted the strong participation in this year\u2019s edition of the Fair, which he said was aimed at promoting the incorporation of new actors into the energy market.<\/P>
\n
In parallel to the Fair, the Chile-US Energy Business Council, which is chaired by AmCham, organized a series of seminars for members focused on clean energy technologies, energy efficiency and energy regulations.<\/P>
