Al evento asistieron clientes, autoridades, acad\u00e9micos y representantes de organizaciones gremiales y sin fines de lucro.<\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">El reporte, el primero de este tipo sobre leasing operativo en Chile, suscribe los 10 Principios del Pacto Global de las Naciones Unidas en las \u00e1reas de derechos humanos, trabajo, medio ambiente y anticorrupci\u00f3n, e incluye iniciativas de sustentabilidad entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre del 2011.<\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">\u201cReportar nuestra gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, social y ambiental era un paso necesario que deb\u00edamos dar para instalar de manera estrat\u00e9gica la sustentabilidad en la compa\u00f1\u00eda\u201d, sostuvo el gerente general corporativo de Relsa, Pablo Cruz.<\/P><!--:--><!--:en--><P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">Rodrigo Ballivi\u00e1n, executive director of AmCham Chile; Pascual Veiga, president of the Chilean mining industry\u2019s large suppliers association (APRIMIN); Pablo Cruz, Empresas RELSA; and Juan Carlos Olivares, general manager of APRIMIN<\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">On March 15, Empresas RELSA, a mining equipment leasing company, presented its first sustainability report at the Patricia Ready Art Gallery in Santiago. The event was attended by customers, authorities, academics and representatives of business associations and non-profits.<\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">The report, the first of its kind on operating leasing in Chile, subscribes to the ten principles of the UN Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption, and includes sustainability initiatives between January 1 and December 31, 2011.&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">\u201cInforming about our economic, environmental and social management was a necessary step to incorporate sustainability as a strategic goal of the company,\u201d said RELSA\u2019s corporate manager, Pablo Cruz.<\/P><!--:--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><!--:es--><P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">Rodrigo Ballivi\u00e1n, director ejecutivo de AmCham Chile;
