El presidente de la C\u00e1mara, Javier Irarr\u00e1zaval, present\u00f3 al alcalde de Los Angeles, Antonio Villaraigosa, de visita en el pa\u00eds, quien se refiri\u00f3 a las iniciativas de su ciudad para limitar las emisiones de carbono e incrementar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.
