Compuesto por 17 miembros de los sectores p\u00fablico y privado de Chile y Massachusetts, el Consejo es encabezado por Arnoldo Hax, profesor de innovaci\u00f3n, emprendimiento y gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica del MIT.<\/p>\n Luego de la ceremonia, el embajador de Chile en Estados Unidos, Felipe Bulnes, sostuvo una reuni\u00f3n privada con el gobernador Patrick. “Tal como el Plan Chile-California se concentra en la cuna del emprendimiento, Massachusetts es una cuna para la innovaci\u00f3n en la frontera del conocimiento. Estos son pilares fundamentales para lograr nuestra meta de convertirnos en un pa\u00eds desarrollado\u201d, indic\u00f3 el embajador.<\/p>\n La delegaci\u00f3n chilena fue liderada por el ministro de Educaci\u00f3n, Harald Beyer, a quien se unieron el subsecretario de Econom\u00eda, Tom\u00e1s Flores, y rectores de universidades tradicionales y privadas de Chile. Comprised of 17 members from the public and private sector in Chile and Massachusetts, the Council is headed by Arnoldo Hax, professor of innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic management at MIT.<\/p>\n After the ceremony, Chile\u2019s Ambassador to the United States, Felipe Bulnes, held a private meeting with Governor Patrick. “Just as the Chile-California Plan is focused on the cradle of entrepreneurship, Massachusetts is a cradle of innovation at the frontier of knowledge. These are fundamental pillars to achieving our goal of becoming a developed country,\u201d the Ambassador said.<\/p>\n The Chilean delegation was led by the Minister of Education, Harald Beyer, who was joined by the Undersecretary of Economy, Tom\u00e1s Flores, and presidents of Chilean public and private universities.
