El programa M\u00e1s por Chile busca promover alianzas entre el sector p\u00fablico y el privado que alienten la integraci\u00f3n social de las personas m\u00e1s vulnerables del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPara Anglo American es motivo de gran orgullo recibir esta distinci\u00f3n de parte del Gobierno de Chile, pues reconoce el esfuerzo que hacemos a diario por tener iniciativas de inversi\u00f3n social que sean, efectivamente, sustentables en el tiempo e impliquen una mejor calidad de vida para las comunidades cercanas a nuestras operaciones\u201c, sostuvo Felipe Purcell, vicepresidente de Asuntos Corporativos de Anglo American.<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00darsula Weber, manager of social responsibility at Anglo American; President Sebasti\u00e1n Pi\u00f1era; Allison Coppel, manager of communities and social responsibility at Anglo American\u2019s copper division, and Felipe Purcell, Anglo American.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On August 14, Chile\u2019s Ministry of Social Development presented Anglo American with the More for Chile (<em>M\u00e1s por Chile<\/em>) Award for three of the company\u2019s social responsibility programs that target small business owners and education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;President Sebasti\u00e1n Pi\u00f1era attended the ceremony along with Anglo American executives.
