Al evento asistieron empresarios adem\u00e1s de representantes de fondos de inversi\u00f3n, inversionistas \u00e1ngeles, agencias gubernamentales y universidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El gerente corporativo de Medio Ambiente, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional de Arauco, Andr\u00e9s Cama\u00f1o, se refiri\u00f3 a los programas sociales de la empresa y a innovaciones en materia de productividad en \u00e1reas como madera, bosque nativo y productos de madera procesados. Asimismo hizo menci\u00f3n de los programas Bioforest y PIMEX como ejemplos de la forma en que Arauco lidera el camino en las ciencias forestales en Chile.<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chilean forestry products firm Arauco was invited to give a presentation at SOFOFA\u2019s Science-Business Congress 2011 held on November 10. The event was attended by businesspeople as well as representatives of investment funds, angel investors, government agencies and universities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arauco\u2019s corporate manager of environment, safety and occupational health, Andr\u00e9s Cama\u00f1o, spoke about his company\u2019s social programs and productivity innovations in areas such as timber, native forests and processed wood products.
