Sus planes incluyen, entre otras actividades, la organizaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s oportunidades de networking para los socios de AmCham (lea la Entrevista de esta edici\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Irarr\u00e1zaval estudi\u00f3 Licenciatura en Administraci\u00f3n de Empresas en la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Argentina y desarroll\u00f3 su carrera profesional en los sectores de banca, construcci\u00f3n y agricultura. Antes de unirse a Disney, fue gerente general de la argentina Editorial Tucum\u00e1n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AmCham adem\u00e1s escogi\u00f3 a tres nuevos miembros del directorio: Karen Poniachik, miembro del directorio de British American Tobacco Chile; Felipe Cer\u00f3n, gerente general de AES Gener; y Carolina Valdivieso, gerenta general de Kimberley Clark. Enrique Ostal\u00e9, gerente general de Wal-Mart Chile, fue reelegido para formar parte del directorio.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Javier Irarr\u00e1zaval, The Walt Disney Company\u2019s Managing Director for the Andean Region, began his two-year term as president of AmCham on January 13, replacing former president Ricardo Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Disney executive\u2019s main priority will be continuing to strengthen AmCham\u2019s mission to promote free trade and business between Chile and the United States. His plans including organizing more networking opportunities for AmCham members amongst other activities (see Interview).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Irarr\u00e1zaval studied Business Administration at the Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Argentina and has worked in the banking, construction and agriculture sectors. Before joining Disney, he was CEO of Argentine publisher Editorial Tucum\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AmCham also elected three new board members: Karen Poniachik, a member of the board at British American Tobacco Chile; Felipe Cer\u00f3n, CEO of AES Gener; and Carolina Valdivieso, CEO of Kimberley Clark.
