Chile se ubic\u00f3 en el lugar n\u00famero 11 a nivel mundial en la versi\u00f3n 2010 y ocup\u00f3 el primer lugar de Sudam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Roberts, quien trabaj\u00f3 en la elaboraci\u00f3n del \u00edndice que es publicado conjuntamente por The Wall Street Journal, hizo \u00e9nfasis en la importancia de la libertad econ\u00f3mica para la prosperidad y el desarrollo de Chile. Antes de unirse a The Heritage Foundation en el 2007, Roberts trabaj\u00f3 en el Departamento de Estado de Estados Unidos por 25 a\u00f1os, cumpliendo servicio en embajadas de M\u00e9xico, Portugal, Francia, Panam\u00e1 y Hait\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On February 10, James Roberts, the Research Fellow for Economic Freedom and Growth at U.S. think-tank The Heritage Foundation, gave a presentation at AmCham\u2019s offices about the foundation\u2019s Index of Economic Freedom. Chile ranked 11th in the world in the 2010 version and top in South America.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Roberts, who worked on the Index that was co-published by The Wall Street Journal, emphasized the importance of economic freedom for Chile\u2019s prosperity and development. Before joining the Heritage Foundation in 2007, Roberts worked for the U.S. State Department for 25 years, serving at embassies in Mexico, Portugal, France, Panama and Haiti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><!--:es--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 10 de febrero, James M.
