Para eso incluimos ingredientes especiales, \u00fanicos de Chile y que el turista no podr\u00e1 probar en otra parte\u201d, explic\u00f3 Guillermo Zu\u00f1iga, gerente general del Hotel San Mart\u00edn.<\/P><!--:--><!--:en--><P>The restaurant Don Joaqu\u00edn at the San Mart\u00edn hotel in Vi\u00f1a del Mar has launched a new menu to celebrate the Bicentenary with special ingredients from the different regions of Chile.
