La creciente participaci\u00f3n de mercado de AOC en Chile la llev\u00f3 a externalizar sus servicios de soporte t\u00e9cnico a IBM, que ya posee una extensa red de soporte t\u00e9cnico en Chile para brindar mantenimiento a los servidores de sus clientes as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n a cajeros autom\u00e1ticos, puntos de venta (POS), computadores de escritorio, impresoras y dispositivos port\u00e1tiles.<\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">Todas las preguntas de soporte t\u00e9cnico se orientar\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s del Centro de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente de IBM en Santiago.<\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">\u201cLa amplia experiencia que posee IBM en este rubro en cuanto a metodolog\u00edas, procesos y procedimientos para la gesti\u00f3n de garant\u00edas aplicada en empresas como bancos o retailers, ser\u00e1 llevada ahora a los clientes de productos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Rolando Figueroa, Gerente de Servicios de Mantenimiento Multimarca de IBM Chile.<\/P><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since April, IBM Chile has been providing clients of monitor and television manufacturer AOC with telephone tech support.
