Como parte de una nueva serie de estudios sobre temas que afectan las relaciones bilaterales, AmCham lanz\u00f3 un nuevo documento sobre el Tratado para Evitar la Doble Tributaci\u00f3n suscrito recientemente entre Chile y Estados Unidos, el que incluye comentarios de expertos en materia tributaria que abordan los usos, ventajas y oportunidades que presenta el tratado. El estudio destaca que acuerdos similares entre otros pa\u00edses han aumentado la inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa bilateral, en promedio, entre un 27% y un 31%.<\/P>

As part of a new series of studies on issues affecting bilateral relations, AmCham has launched a new study on the recently signed Chile-U.S. Double Taxation Avoidance Treaty including comments from tax experts on the uses, advantages and opportunities presented by the treaty. The study points out similar agreements between other countries have, on average, increased bilateral foreign investment between 27% and 31%.<\/P>
