La C\u00e1mara Chilena Norteamericana de Comercio, AmCham Chile, lanz\u00f3 la VII edici\u00f3n del C\u00edrculo de Mentor\u00edas en Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusi\u00f3n, instancia en la cual 21 empresas socias que cuentan con robustas pol\u00edticas en materia de diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n, compartir\u00e1n todo su conocimiento y experiencia con otras 36 compa\u00f1\u00edas miembro para que estas puedan enriquecer el proceso de maduraci\u00f3n de sus programas de DEI.<\/p>\n

En este primer encuentro, los asistentes reflexionaron en torno a los mayores desaf\u00edos que han enfrentado en sus organizaciones para implementar pol\u00edticas en DEI, compartiendo sus experiencias provenientes de distintas industrias y tama\u00f1o. Asimismo, profundizaron sobre el edadismo \u2013discriminaci\u00f3n social por edad que afecta a personas mayores\u2014, luego que, tras una breve encuesta entre los participantes del C\u00edrculo, result\u00f3 ser uno de los temas m\u00e1s desafiantes para las empresas en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n
