Adem\u00e1s, recibieron capacitaci\u00f3n en ingl\u00e9s y algunas frases claves en chino, y conocieron acerca del protocolo de este pa\u00eds para responder adecuadamente a las consultas de quienes visitar\u00e1n el pabell\u00f3n.<\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">\u201cBuscamos a quienes mejor cumpl\u00edan con el perfil solicitado para representar a Chile, pero adem\u00e1s debemos estar seguros de que cuenten con conocimientos y desarrollen ciertas habilidades que resultan claves para que desempe\u00f1en un rol extraordinario durante este evento\u201d, destaca Birgit Nevermann, gerente de Laborum Selecci\u00f3n, la divisi\u00f3n de reclutamiento de personal de Laborum.com.<\/P><!--:--><!--:en--><P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">Chilean recruitment firm Laborum Selecci\u00f3n has selected 42 people out of 4,500 applicants to work as hosts in the Chile Pavilion at Expo Shangai 2010 from May to October 2010.<\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">The successful applicants have learned about Chinese and Chilean history as well as taking classes in customer service, teamwork and interpersonal communication.
