Debemos aprender de los errores evidentes de Am\u00e9rica del Norte, en especial de Estados Unidos, donde los legisladores llegar\u00e1n incluso a legislar en contra de una enfermedad -s\u00f3lo por si se le ocurre tratar e ingresar a uno de los 50 estados- y entonces elaborar\u00e1n unos gruesos y cuantos cientos de \u201cleyes\u201d adicionales sobre las extensiones del tema en cuesti\u00f3n. \u00bfCorresponde a una conducta inapropiada el tener un nuevo puente o 500 millas adicionales de caminos pavimentados incluidos con dificultad en el presupuesto federal (o estatal) en reconocimiento a mi voto en contra de la molesta enfermedad?<\/P>

Simple; en Inglaterra, pueden tomarse el d\u00eda libre y recibir de todos modos el pago correspondiente a ese d\u00eda de trabajo. En Chile, los fan\u00e1ticos en realidad est\u00e1n en el trabajo (incluso los s\u00e1bado), lo que constituye una importante desventaja.<\/P> De modo que, por cada ley nueva, DEBE haber un grueso y muy grande ap\u00e9ndice que entregue financiamiento para el desarrollo del f\u00fatbol: estadios, managers, gimnasios especiales y -por supuesto- jugadores, desde la edad m\u00e1s temprana posible.
