En 2022 aprob\u00f3 el programa de formaci\u00f3n \u201cBoard of Women\u201d de Mujeres Empresarias en alianza con Cambridge Business Association.<\/p>\n<p>Cuenta con 13 a\u00f1os de experiencia en comunicaciones corporativas y cultura organizacional y desde 2011 se ha desempe\u00f1ado en \u00e1reas de comunicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, en contacto tanto con stakeholders internos, como externos. Hasta 2022, y durante 8 a\u00f1os, trabaj\u00f3 en Nestl\u00e9 Chile, desempe\u00f1\u00e1ndose en \u00e1reas de comunicaciones internas, asuntos corporativos y sustentabilidad. Luego, en 2022 y 2023, se hizo cargo de la Gerencia de Comunicaciones Corporativas de la multinacional alemana Henkel, con responsabilidad sobre Chile y Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, estar\u00e1 liderando las comunicaciones estrat\u00e9gicas de PepsiCo Cono Sur (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay), integrando el equipo de Asuntos Corporativos, con especial foco en la comunicaci\u00f3n interna y externa, as\u00ed como de la reputaci\u00f3n corporativa de PepsiCo y sus marcas.<\/p>\n<p>Natalia es chilena, madre de 3 hijas, est\u00e1 casada y tiene 34 a\u00f1os. Se define como una persona alegre, en\u00e9rgica, y con excelente capacidad de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acerca de PepsiCo Chile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PepsiCo Chile se encuentra presente en el mercado local desde hace m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os. Actualmente cuenta con un amplio portafolio de productos de alimentos y bebidas, tales como Lay\u2019s, Quaker, Pepsi, Twistos, Doritos, Gatorade y marcas l\u00edderes en el mercado de snacks, cereales, gaseosas, isot\u00f3nicos y galletas respectivamente.
