\nEl Servicio de Seguridad e Inspecci\u00f3n de los Alimentos de los Estados Unidos (FSIS) autoriz\u00f3 la importaci\u00f3n de carnes de vacuno, cerdo y oveja. Bajo esta medida, a la que se lleg\u00f3 luego de tres a\u00f1os de conversaciones, el Servicio Agr\u00edcola y Ganadero de Chile (SAG) podr\u00e1 autorizar a ciertas plantas, aquellas que cumplan con los requisitos correspondientes, para as\u00ed exportar al mercado norteamericano. De acuerdo a un estudio publicado por AmCham el a\u00f1o pasado, junto a Mckinsey and Company, la Sociedad de Fomento Fabril (Sofofa) y la Corporaci\u00f3n de Fomento de la Producci\u00f3n (CORFO), existen oportunidades especiales para la carne de vacuno chilena en el mercado norteamericano.
