Balzarotti se licenci\u00f3 con honores en Econom\u00eda en la Universidad de Buenos Aires y tiene estudios de posgrado en el Centro de Estudios Macroecon\u00f3micos de la Argentina (CEMA).&nbsp; Previamente, Nora trabaj\u00f3 ocho a\u00f1os como country specialist para el Gobierno de Estados Unidos en Argentina, donde se concentr\u00f3 en comercio y negociaciones con el Gobierno de Argentina adem\u00e1s de en litigios de empresas estadounidenses contra Argentina en el Centro Internacional de Arreglo de Diferencias Relativas a Inversi\u00f3n (CIADI).&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Nora dict\u00f3 cursos de Microeconom\u00eda, Microeconom\u00eda de los Sectores Regulados, An\u00e1lisis Econ\u00f3mico de las Regulaciones, Pol\u00edtica de Competencia y Negociaciones Internacionales y Organizaci\u00f3n Industrial en universidades e institutos entre los que se incluyen la Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, la Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, la Universidad de Buenos Aires, el World Bank Institute y el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Buenos Aires.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>AmCham le da la bienvenida a Nora, quien estamos seguros ser\u00e1 un gran aporte para fortalecer nuestras actividades, mejorar las relaciones entre Chile y Estados Unidos, y ayudar a entregar m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n y servicios a nuestros socios.<\/P><!--:--><!--:en--><P style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">AmCham has named Nora Balzarotti as its new Research and Special Projects Manager. She holds an honors degree in economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and postgraduate studies at Argentina\u2019s Macroeconomic Studies Center (CEMA).
