El comit\u00e9 recibi\u00f3 como orador invitado a Germ\u00e1n Concha, socio del estudio de abogados Schweitzer &amp; C\u00eda.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Concha se refiri\u00f3 a la nueva legislaci\u00f3n (Ley N\u00ba 20.382), que apunta a proteger a los accionistas minoritarios, evitar el uso de informaci\u00f3n privilegiada y hacer m\u00e1s transparentes las decisiones que toman los directorios.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>El Comit\u00e9 de Finanzas<\/STRONG> aborda y analiza aspectos relevantes de la econom\u00eda chilena as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n temas financieros y de reforma tributaria, y comunica la posici\u00f3n de AmCham sobre estas materias a funcionarios de Gobierno.<\/P><!--:--><!--:en--><P><STRONG>AmCham\u2019s Finance Committee<\/STRONG> met in January to discuss new legislation regarding the corporate governance of private firms.
