{"id":33583,"date":"2022-11-11T13:00:07","date_gmt":"2022-11-11T17:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=33583"},"modified":"2022-11-16T14:46:17","modified_gmt":"2022-11-16T18:46:17","slug":"amcham-chile-realizo-el-tercer-conversatorio-del-ciclo-tributario","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/amcham-chile-realizo-el-tercer-conversatorio-del-ciclo-tributario\/","title":{"rendered":"AmCham Chile realiz\u00f3 el Tercer Conversatorio del Ciclo Tributario"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><strong>El socio de Carey Abogados, Manuel Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00e9s, analiz\u00f3 la propuesta del Gobierno.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La Mesa Tributaria junto al comit\u00e9 de Inversiones y Negocios de AmCham Chile, realizaron el tercer conversatorio del Ciclo Tributario en el cual se analiz\u00f3 la \u201cLimitaci\u00f3n del uso de las P\u00e9rdidas y Cr\u00e9ditos por impuestos pagados en el extranjero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El encuentro cont\u00f3 con la presencia del socio del estudio Carey Abogados, Manuel Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00e9s, quien adem\u00e1s de analizar los distintos elementos de la Reforma Tributaria propuesta por el Gobierno, tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 a la regulaci\u00f3n actual. La instancia fue moderada por la secretaria ejecutiva de la Mesa Tributaria de AmCham, Karla Varela.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de su presentaci\u00f3n, el socio de Carey analiz\u00f3 la composici\u00f3n de las diferentes C\u00e1maras del Congreso para dejar en claro c\u00f3mo se desarrollar\u00eda la discusi\u00f3n del proyecto a nivel legislativo. Luego, se refiri\u00f3 a la regulaci\u00f3n actual de la limitaci\u00f3n del uso de las p\u00e9rdidas y cr\u00e9ditos por impuestos pagados en el extranjero y se refiri\u00f3 a las distintas etapas del proyecto, desde su ingreso hasta su entrada en vigencia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTodav\u00eda falta mucha discusi\u00f3n. No es descartable que se presenten nuevas indicaciones por parte del Gobierno en la medida que esta discusi\u00f3n avance. Uno esperar\u00eda seguir en este proceso hasta el primer semestre del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, si no m\u00e1s\u201d, explic\u00f3 Garc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para efectos de recaudaci\u00f3n, este proyecto de Reforma Tributaria es bastante ambicioso, en comparaci\u00f3n con otros que se convirtieron en Ley y que se conocieron en 2014, 2020 e incluso en el 2022. \u201cEl proyecto de reforma tributaria actual tiene una expectativa de recaudaci\u00f3n de 3,6 puntos del PIB\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el experto.<\/p>\n<p>Para finalizar, los asistentes formularon sus consultas y se dej\u00f3 invitada a la audiencia a conectarse al pr\u00f3ximo conversatorio enfocado en Royalty Minero a realizarse el 22 de noviembre y que estar\u00e1 a cargo del estudio de abogados Guerrero y Olivos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El socio de Carey Abogados, Manuel Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00e9s, analiz\u00f3 la propuesta del Gobierno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":33585,"parent":0,"template":"","news_tax":[51,52],"user_type":[6],"class_list":["post-33583","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","news_tax-amcham-al-dia","news_tax-comite-inversiones-negocios","user_type-general"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
