{"id":3199,"date":"2019-06-28T16:04:01","date_gmt":"2019-06-28T19:04:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=3199"},"modified":"2022-01-03T10:06:57","modified_gmt":"2022-01-03T13:06:57","slug":"amcham-lanza-2da-version-del-circulo-de-mentoria-en-diversidad-e-inclusion-2019-2","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/amcham-lanza-2da-version-del-circulo-de-mentoria-en-diversidad-e-inclusion-2019-2\/","title":{"rendered":"AmCham lanza 2da versi\u00f3n del C\u00edrculo de Mentor\u00eda en diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>En el programa, el mentor ejercer\u00e1 como consejero, fuente de inspiraci\u00f3n y motivaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con una reuni\u00f3n de kick off entre las distintas empresas socias participantes, AmCham lanz\u00f3 oficialmente la segunda versi\u00f3n del C\u00edrculo de Mentor\u00eda en Diversidad e Inclusi\u00f3n, espacio que busca que empresas con experiencia y casos de \u00e9xito en materia de diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n, ense\u00f1en, aconsejen y ayuden a desarrollar al m\u00e1ximo las cualidades y potencialidades de otras empresas socias de la C\u00e1mara en esta tem\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo del programa es promover la transferencia de mejores pr\u00e1cticas en \u00e1reas como \u00a0 Diversidad de g\u00e9nero y LGBT, Discapacidad, Inclusi\u00f3n generacional, Flexibilidad laboral y Migrantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El ciclo se realizar\u00e1 durante el segundo semestre de 2019 en las instalaciones de la empresa mentora, con el fin de ayudar a las mentorizadas a conseguir sus objetivos mediante conversaciones y acciones de aprendizaje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para ello se ha escogido el modelo 10\u00d75, es decir diez empresas mentoras que transmitir\u00e1n sus conocimientos, basados en la experiencia, a cinco empresas mentorizadas. En el programa, el mentor ejercer\u00e1 como consejero, fuente de inspiraci\u00f3n y motivaci\u00f3n, mientras que el mentorizado ser\u00e1 el encargado de absorber la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada a trav\u00e9s de esta interacci\u00f3n.
