Se analizaron tendencias mundiales en materia de nuevas leyes de privacidad.<\/strong>

El Comit\u00e9 de Gobiernos Corporativos, \u00c9tica y Compliance, junto al Comit\u00e9 de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital de AmCham Chile, realizaron el encuentro \u201cBuenas pr\u00e1cticas en protecci\u00f3n de datos y compliance\u201d, que tuvo por objetivo analizar las tendencias mundiales en cuanto al surgimiento de las leyes de privacidad de datos a medida que los pa\u00edses y empresas se esfuerzan por regular mejor la protecci\u00f3n de los datos personales.<\/span><\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo las empresas est\u00e1n recopilando datos personales y c\u00f3mo deben estar preparadas para abordar las leyes de privacidad extranjeras fueron algunas de las tem\u00e1ticas abordadas, junto a distintas estrategias para el cumplimiento global de la privacidad de datos y d\u00f3nde pueden esperarse cambios en el panorama de la privacidad de datos en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n

El encuentro cont\u00f3 con las palabras de bienvenida de la Gerente General de AmCham Chile, Tatiana Molina, y las presentaciones de Emelie Kogut, Manager at Accenture Security and Specialist in data privacy strategy; Alex Pess\u00f3, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Philanthropies, Microsoft y H\u00e9ctor Lehuede, Corporate Governance Consultant y ex Gerente de Divisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Corporativos, OCDE.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finalmente, se dio paso a una sesi\u00f3n de preguntas y respuestas por parte de los socios asistentes, espacio que fue moderado por el Director Legal de Equifax Chile, Ignacio Bunster.<\/span><\/p>\n
