Durante el a\u00f1o pasado se logr\u00f3 la suma de 1.800 \u00e1rboles nativos donados, que hoy en d\u00eda forman parte de la recuperaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas silvestres protegidas y zonas de alto valor ecol\u00f3gico de la Patagonia y del centro sur del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, Mar\u00eda Piedad Navarro, gerente de Producto de Impresi\u00f3n Corporativa y Scanners para Epson Chile y Bolivia expres\u00f3 que \u201cresulta reconfortante saber que muchas m\u00e1s empresas e individuos trabajan todos los d\u00edas por la conservaci\u00f3n y mejora de nuestro medio ambiente. Bajo estas declaraciones, la empresa reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso y se comprometi\u00f3 con la meta de renovar por un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s esta misma campa\u00f1a y as\u00ed contribuir a la labor que la Fundaci\u00f3n Reforestemos impulsa a\u00f1o a a\u00f1o. \u201cEs necesario que este tipo de acciones tengan visibilidad y que cada vez m\u00e1s empresas grandes, medianas y chicas se sumen para mejorar el planeta\u201d, finaliz\u00f3 la ejecutiva.<\/p>\n<p>Esta organizaci\u00f3n ha realizado proyectos en Chile, Argentina y Per\u00fa, y una de las iniciativas que se impulsan a\u00f1o a a\u00f1o consiste en invitar a empresas y personas naturales a donar \u00e1rboles con el fin de reforestar bosques nativos y recuperar ejemplares arrasados principalmente por la intervenci\u00f3n humana. Suzanne Wylie, directora ejecutiva de Reforestemos declar\u00f3 que \u201ccomo fundaci\u00f3n queremos ser una fuerza positiva que influencie y pueda orientar cambios significativos a trav\u00e9s del trabajo en terreno, la educaci\u00f3n ambiental y todas nuestras l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n\u201d. En una d\u00e9cada de existencia, y gracias al apoyo de empresas de diferente \u00edndole y el aporte de personas, Fundaci\u00f3n Reforestemos ha logrado plantar m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de \u00e1rboles nativos.<\/p>\n<p>Estas acciones se alinean plenamente con la estrategia de sustentabilidad promovida por Epson a nivel global.
