{"id":29466,"date":"2022-03-15T17:12:47","date_gmt":"2022-03-15T20:12:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/noticia\/aramark-suscribe-a-la-iniciativa-de-paridad-de-genero-del-ministerio-de-la-mujer-2\/"},"modified":"2022-03-15T17:38:55","modified_gmt":"2022-03-15T20:38:55","slug":"pfizer-junto-a-techo-chile-realizaron-operativos-de-salud-primaria","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/pfizer-junto-a-techo-chile-realizaron-operativos-de-salud-primaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Pfizer junto a TECHO Chile realizaron operativos de salud primaria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Los operativos atendieron a 571 pacientes, 413 de los cuales fueron mujeres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con el objetivo de descomprimir el sistema de salud p\u00fablica y llevar atenciones de salud primaria a personas que viven en campamentos, villas de blocks, cit\u00e9s y comunidades excluidas, TECHO-Chile junto a Pfizer, en coordinaci\u00f3n con las municipalidades de Temuco, Coquimbo y Copiap\u00f3 y tambi\u00e9n con los CESFAM, desplegaron 24 operativos de salud simult\u00e1neos en tres regiones del pa\u00eds: Atacama, Coquimbo y La Araucan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El operativo se focaliz\u00f3 en que las mujeres pudieran ponerse al d\u00eda con sus controles m\u00e9dicos, especialmente los ginecol\u00f3gicos preventivos. Adem\u00e1s, se busc\u00f3 atender morbilidades o patolog\u00edas leves, entregar educaci\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n sobre Covid-19 y temas de salud en general. La atenci\u00f3n de los equipos m\u00f3viles de salud parti\u00f3 en terreno en octubre y que se extendi\u00f3 hasta diciembre de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Las atenciones m\u00e9dicas y de salud sexual y ginecol\u00f3gica de TECHO-Chile y Pfizer consideraron evaluaci\u00f3n y diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico, recetas y medicamentos, examen Papanicolaou y derivaci\u00f3n a mamograf\u00edas, controles obst\u00e9tricos b\u00e1sicos, entrega de m\u00e9todos de anticoncepci\u00f3n y preservativos, controles ginecol\u00f3gicos, entre otras. Asimismo, los equipos de salud de estos operativos estuvieron formados por m\u00e9dico(a)s, matrone(a)s y en muchos casos participaron trabajadores sociales, enfermero(a)s y tecn\u00f3logo(a)s m\u00e9dico(a)s.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDesde TECHO-Chile nos preocupaban mucho las mujeres, quienes han debido postergar su propio bienestar a causa de las exigencias familiares y del hogar generadas por la pandemia. Gracias a Pfizer logramos tener estos operativos integrales con foco en ellas, con PAP en terreno, algo in\u00e9dito para nosotros. Hemos trabajado tambi\u00e9n en las tres regiones muy en colaboraci\u00f3n con las municipalidades, muchas de ellas aportando con su PAP m\u00f3vil y acceso a horas de mamograf\u00edas. Este trabajo conjunto y articulado, pr\u00e1cticamente tripartito, ha hecho posible algo tan relevante como poder estar en terreno casi dos meses en tres regiones de manera simult\u00e1nea con operativos de salud m\u00f3viles para las comunidades que m\u00e1s lo necesitan\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Leticia Boggio, jefa de Techo Salud.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el Country Manager de Regi\u00f3n Andina de Pfizer, Chris Ariyan, sostuvo que \u201csabemos que la pandemia trajo dificultades en todos los \u00e1mbitos, por eso esperamos seguir colaborando en iniciativas de este tipo, ayudando a que las personas que est\u00e1n alejadas de los centros urbanos puedan recibir atenci\u00f3n primaria m\u00f3vil, lo que ayuda a no colapsar los servicios de salud comunal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Al t\u00e9rmino de los operativos, se contabiliz\u00f3 un total de 571 pacientes atendidos en 830 atenciones de salud, de las cuales 676 corresponden a atenciones m\u00e9dico ginecol\u00f3gicas.\u00a0De acuerdo a uno de los principales objetivos del programa, el 72% de los pacientes fueron mujeres. Asimismo, en las tres regiones de intervenci\u00f3n lograron realizarse 127 ex\u00e1menes PAP.
