{"id":2877,"date":"2020-01-29T19:16:45","date_gmt":"2020-01-29T22:16:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=2877"},"modified":"2021-12-30T16:49:14","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T19:49:14","slug":"talleres-constitucionales-desafios-y-posibles-nuevos-escenarios","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/talleres-constitucionales-desafios-y-posibles-nuevos-escenarios\/","title":{"rendered":"Talleres Constitucionales: desaf\u00edos y posibles nuevos escenarios"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>La IV sesi\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de Isabel Aninat y Jos\u00e9 Antonio Viera Gallo<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El pasado martes, AmCham Chile realiz\u00f3 la \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n de talleres constitucionales agendados durante el mes de enero, que en esta oportunidad contaron con la participaci\u00f3n de Isabel Aninat, Investigadora del Centro de Estudios P\u00fablicos (CEP) y miembro de la Comisi\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica Asesora del Proceso Constituyente y Jos\u00e9 Antonio Viera Gallo, socio de RCZ Abogados y ex ministro de Estado. Ambos se refirieron a los pr\u00f3ximos desaf\u00edos y posibles nuevos escenarios constitucionales con la mirada de ambos sectores pol\u00edticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sandra Guazzotti, Presidenta de AmCham Chile, dio la bienvenida a los asistentes y recalc\u00f3 la importancia de entregar a los socios de la C\u00e1mara las herramientas para \u201cdesarrollar un debate informado y participativo y poder analizar as\u00ed los posibles escenarios del proceso constitucional, junto a su impacto e influencia\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isabel Aninat centr\u00f3 su presentaci\u00f3n en los resultados de la \u00faltima encuesta CEP, que mostraron una marcada preferencia (67%) por la modificaci\u00f3n de la actual constituci\u00f3n. \u201cEl debate constitucional se centrar\u00e1 en los principios y derechos que deber\u00e1 incluir el nuevo documento, as\u00ed como en la relaci\u00f3n entre \u00f3rganos aut\u00f3nomos, la descentralizaci\u00f3n y el impacto que pueda generar en las instituciones como temas principales\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, Viera Gallo destac\u00f3 que \u201cla modalidad de 2\/3 requerir\u00e1 un gran acuerdo nacional y sin duda ser\u00e1 un proceso duro y dif\u00edcil, porque la actual carencia de liderazgo pol\u00edtico dificultar\u00e1 conducir el debate hacia un consenso\u201d. El experto hizo hincapi\u00e9 en la necesidad de que \u201cel Gobierno se alinee con cada etapa del proceso constitucional para entregar la necesaria legitimidad a los resultados\u201d e invit\u00f3 a los socios asistentes a \u201cpensar\u201d el proceso como \u201cconstruir es una casa com\u00fan con una arquitectura en que todos, unos m\u00e1s unos menos, se sientan relativamente c\u00f3modos o inc\u00f3modos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los talleres constitucionales de AmCham Chile tuvieron por objetivo capacitar a los socios en el marco de la promulgaci\u00f3n de la reforma para el inicio del proceso constituyente.
