Entre las medidas destaca la promoci\u00f3n del teletrabajo y el uso de formatos web

El aumento de casos de Coronavirus en el pa\u00eds ha generado la adopci\u00f3n de diversas medidas de cuidado y prevenci\u00f3n al interior de las organizaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n

En este contexto, AmCham Chile consolid\u00f3 las principales iniciativas que est\u00e1n realizando nuestras empresas socias y las recomendaciones de las autoridades del Ministerio de Salud para continuar operativos de manera segura y responsable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entre las principales recomendaciones destaca la suspensi\u00f3n de reuniones presenciales de m\u00e1s de 10 personas y la promoci\u00f3n del teletrabajo, adem\u00e1s de la utilizaci\u00f3n de formatos digitales como el webinar o streaming para resguardar la seguridad de los colaboradores y sus familias.<\/span><\/p>\n

Se aconseja la comunicaci\u00f3n constante con los equipos para coordinar las acciones a seguir y actualizar informaci\u00f3n constantemente, la suspensi\u00f3n de los viajes de trabajo y personales junto con aplicar cuarentena de 14 d\u00edas en caso de presentar s\u00edntomas o haber estado en contacto con una persona que los padezca.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adicionalmente, han desplegado una serie de campa\u00f1as de prevenci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de los canales internos de comunicaci\u00f3n con todos los trabajadores e incluso se encuentran monitoreando la necesidad de apoyo emocional en sus colaboradores.<\/span><\/p>\n
