{"id":2805,"date":"2020-05-05T18:01:11","date_gmt":"2020-05-05T21:01:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=2805"},"modified":"2021-12-30T16:48:55","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T19:48:55","slug":"paula-estevez-analiza-estado-de-la-pandemia-en-chile-en-webinar-de-aaccla","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/paula-estevez-analiza-estado-de-la-pandemia-en-chile-en-webinar-de-aaccla\/","title":{"rendered":"Paula Est\u00e9vez analiza estado de la pandemia en Chile en webinar de AACCLA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Valor\u00f3 las instancias de relacionamiento que AmCham Chile ha generado con sus socios\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con el objetivo de conocer la realidad de cada pa\u00eds de Latinoam\u00e9rica en el contexto de la pandemia de COVID 19, la Asociaci\u00f3n de C\u00e1maras de Comercio de Estados Unidos de la regi\u00f3n (AACCLA), realiz\u00f3 un webinar que cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de AmCham Chile y Uruguay, pa\u00edses que analizaron las principales medidas pol\u00edticas y econ\u00f3micas adoptadas localmente, as\u00ed como una actualizaci\u00f3n de las iniciativas espec\u00edficas en las que cada AmCham est\u00e1 trabajando.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paula Est\u00e9vez, Gerenta General de AmCham Chile, dio cuenta de la situaci\u00f3n que vive el pa\u00eds desde que se decret\u00f3 estado de cat\u00e1strofe el pasado 19 de marzo, con iniciativas como el reforzamiento del sistema p\u00fablico de salud, cuarentenas por comunas, cierre de escuelas, comercios y actividades que congreguen a m\u00e1s de 50 personas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEn cuanto a nuestro contexto interno, es importante destacar que cuando se produjo la pandemia y la crisis econ\u00f3mica asociada a ella a principios de 2020, Chile ya estaba experimentando los efectos de los disturbios civiles que comenzaron en octubre de 2019. Por esta raz\u00f3n, podemos decir que Chile estaba en cierto modo preparado y muchas instituciones ya hab\u00edan considerado el trabajo a distancia como una alternativa\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 Est\u00e9vez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 al impacto econ\u00f3mico de la pandemia expresado en las bajas proyecciones de crecimiento informadas por el Fondo Monetario Internacional y el Banco Central junto con destacar las diversas instancias de relacionamiento que AmCham Chile ha implementado con sus socios con el objetivo de apoyarlos y promover mejores pr\u00e1cticas que permitan contrarrestar los efectos negativos de COVID 19 en los equipos de trabajo y la comunidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEn estos tiempos complejos, AmCham Chile ha estado enfocada m\u00e1s que nunca en conectar y escuchar a nuestros miembros.
