{"id":2730,"date":"2020-08-12T16:14:56","date_gmt":"2020-08-12T19:14:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=2730"},"modified":"2021-12-30T16:46:58","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T19:46:58","slug":"build-back-better-la-forma-de-hacer-empresa-de-amcham-chile","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/build-back-better-la-forma-de-hacer-empresa-de-amcham-chile\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cBuild Back Better\u201d: la forma de hacer empresa de AmCham Chile"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>El objetivo es promover una cultura que potencie un futuro sustentable.<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este martes 11 de agosto AmCham Chile llev\u00f3 a cabo el conversatorio <strong>\u201cBuild Back Better: La oportunidad de reconstruir una sociedad m\u00e1s sustentable\u201d<\/strong>, el cual tuvo como objetivo abordar la tem\u00e1tica de la sustentabilidad y c\u00f3mo promover una cultura que potencie las buenas pr\u00e1cticas para un futuro sustentable para las empresas y la sociedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el evento, llevado a cabo por el Comit\u00e9 de Sustentabilidad de la C\u00e1mara, particip\u00f3 la Ministra de Medio Ambiente, <strong>Carolina Schmidt<\/strong>, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n <strong>Terry Tamminen<\/strong>, President 7th Generation Advisors; y socios de AmCham como <strong>Thomas Keller<\/strong>, CEO de Colb\u00fan; <strong>Soledad Jeria<\/strong>, Chile Country Head, R\u00edo Tinto; <strong>Roberta Valenca<\/strong>, Gerente General Coca Cola Chile y Bolivia, y los moderadores <strong>Ricardo Bosshard<\/strong>, Director de WWF Chile y <strong>Kathleen Barclay<\/strong>, Past President de AmCham y Chair del Comit\u00e9 de Sustentabilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En sus palabras de bienvenida, la Presidenta de AmCham Chile, <strong>Sandra Guazzotti<\/strong>, record\u00f3 la importancia de construir una econom\u00eda m\u00e1s sustentable con oportunidades para todos, incluyendo a la pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n. <strong>\u201cLa manera en c\u00f3mo actuemos determinar\u00e1 no solo la legitimidad social, sino el futuro de la econom\u00eda y el comercio internacional\u201d<\/strong>, dijo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En relaci\u00f3n a los objetivos que se ha puesto el pa\u00eds en materia de sustentabilidad y cambio clim\u00e1tico, la Ministra de Medio Ambiente, <strong>Carolina Schmidt, destac\u00f3 la importancia de no solo hacerse cargo de c\u00f3mo se van a reconstruir la econom\u00eda en torno a la crisis socioecon\u00f3mica y la p\u00e9rdida de empleo<\/strong>, sino que tambi\u00e9n respecto al cambio clim\u00e1tico y la relevancia de una \u201crecuperaci\u00f3n sostenible\u201d.
