{"id":2623,"date":"2020-11-11T22:10:08","date_gmt":"2020-11-12T01:10:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=2623"},"modified":"2021-12-30T16:47:46","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T19:47:46","slug":"con-paridad-y-participacion-historica-socios-amcham-eligen-a-nuevos-directores","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/con-paridad-y-participacion-historica-socios-amcham-eligen-a-nuevos-directores\/","title":{"rendered":"Con paridad y participaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica, socios AmCham eligen a nuevos directores"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Para el per\u00edodo 2021-2023.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con participaci\u00f3n igualitaria de seis directoras y seis directores, qued\u00f3 compuesto el Directorio de la C\u00e1mara Chilena Norteamericana de Comercio para el per\u00edodo 2021-2023, tras el proceso de elecci\u00f3n que culmin\u00f3 a fines de octubre pasado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este contexto, <strong>Ximena Auil,<\/strong> Gerente General de 3M Cono Sur; <strong>Kathleen Barclay,<\/strong> Socia Fundadora de KCB Asesor\u00edas; <strong>Alan Meyer<\/strong>, Director General de Mercado Libre Chile y <strong>Sergio Rademacher,<\/strong> Gerente General de Microsoft Chile, se posicionaron como los cuatro ejecutivos elegidos por los socios de la C\u00e1mara para desempe\u00f1arse en el cargo a partir del 1 de enero del 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El resultado de este proceso representa los valores y principios que AmCham ha promovido para alcanzar el <strong>desarrollo integral del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, fomentando buenas pr\u00e1cticas en materia de diversidad, inclusi\u00f3n y sustentabilidad, generando un precedente para que otros gremios y organizaciones tambi\u00e9n avancen en la misma l\u00ednea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEn AmCham estamos orgullosos de contar con un directorio y una organizaci\u00f3n cuya riqueza se basa precisamente en la diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n.
