color: #000000;\">Con el objetivo de proporcionar herramientas, conocimientos y experiencias pr\u00e1cticas orientadas a fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n de personas en las organizaciones, este martes <strong>AmCham Chile<\/strong> lanzar\u00e1 el nuevo programa \u201cLa transformaci\u00f3n de los Recursos Humanos en la era post Covid-19\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La iniciativa est\u00e1 destinada a 30 gerentes y subgerentes de RRHH de empresas socias de la C\u00e1mara, quienes podr\u00e1n participar de un espacio de <\/span><strong><i>networking<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> entre los tomadores de decisi\u00f3n inscritos en el programa y <strong>analizar los cambios<\/strong> que ha dejado la pandemia en la forma de llevar a cabo los trabajos en las organizaciones.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El programa se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en cuatro sesiones, en las que se abordar\u00e1n estrategias de liderazgo virtual y gesti\u00f3n en organizaciones h\u00edbridas, pol\u00edticas de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reskilling<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para los trabajadores, as\u00ed como uso de data y nube en recursos humanos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
