Es en esta l\u00ednea que, a partir de noviembre, 5 nuevas j\u00f3venes mujeres se unieron al contrato que mantiene <strong>Finning<\/strong> con <strong>Minera Escondida.<\/strong> Con esta incorporaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1n 14 las trabajadoras que desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1n labores en dependencias de este contrato minero y en instalaciones de <strong>Finning<\/strong> en <strong>Antofagasta.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Nataly Rojas<\/strong>, es una de estas j\u00f3venes que entr\u00f3 como parte del equipo de <strong>Finning<\/strong> en <strong>Escondida<\/strong>. Ella comparte que desde muy peque\u00f1a sinti\u00f3 la vocaci\u00f3n por las carreras STEM y fue as\u00ed como, a medida que fue creciendo, sus elecciones la llevaron a optar por la mec\u00e1nica. En tercero medio realiz\u00f3 un primer curso de capacitaci\u00f3n en el FIT de Antofagasta (Finning Instrucci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica) y desde entonces ha continuado estudiando y perfeccion\u00e1ndose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nataly destaca que no le teme al desaf\u00edo de ingresar a roles hist\u00f3ricamente masculinizados, pues est\u00e1 convencida que trabajar en conjunto permite \u201caprender a respetarnos no tan s\u00f3lo como seres humanos, sino tambi\u00e9n nuestras ideas, pudiendo complementarnos para desempe\u00f1ar nuestros objetivos incorporando distintas miradas\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fernando Vald\u00e9s, gerente de contrato Finning en <strong>Minera Escondida,<\/strong> se\u00f1ala \u201cestamos muy contentos con la incorporaci\u00f3n de estas colaboradoras, ya que para nosotros es clave la incorporaci\u00f3n de talento femenino, siendo ellas un gran aporte a nuestro equipo. Ya tenemos experiencia al trabajar con mujeres, y han contribuido desde su compromiso con nuestros est\u00e1ndares preventivos y operativos y por supuesto, con la calidad de sus competencias. Nuestras puertas est\u00e1n abiertas y esperamos seguir potenciando nuestro equipo con el poder femenino.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>La incorporaci\u00f3n de este equipo de mujeres mec\u00e1nicas es una muestra m\u00e1s de los resultados concretos de Finning en su viaje de inclusi\u00f3n y diversidad, en donde ha abierto espacios para mujeres en la industria por medio de distintas acciones<\/strong>, como la entrega de capacitaci\u00f3n, habilitaci\u00f3n de infraestructura, incorporaci\u00f3n de vestimenta y elementos de protecci\u00f3n personal adecuados a cada g\u00e9nero, logrando un cambio cultural en l\u00edderes y colaboradores que comprenden el valor de trabajar en ambientes respetuosos y comprometidos con la diversidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En noviembre, cinco j\u00f3venes se unieron al contrato de Finning con Minera Escondida.
