En esa l\u00ednea, Finning, empresa socia de AmCham Chile, est\u00e1 constantemente desarrollando soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas que beneficien la seguridad laboral, aumenten la productividad en las operaciones y reduzcan costos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed, surge un nuevo modelo de servicio potenciado con el IoT, que permite romper paradigmas respecto al trabajo de campo en condiciones geogr\u00e1ficas adversas y que tiene como foco la seguridad y salud de las personas, adoptando buenas pr\u00e1cticas de la GMC (Global Mining Guidelines Group) respecto a la optimizaci\u00f3n del servicio presencial en faena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trata de un proyecto liderado por la vicepresidenta del \u00e1rea Global Business Services Digital IT &amp; OE de Finning, Roc\u00edo Ni\u00f1o, quien fue recientemente premiado por el Centro de Estudios de Tecnolog\u00edas de Informaci\u00f3n de la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile, y que con la iniciativa apunta a resolver desaf\u00edos como la asistencia remota, labor de inspecci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y cultura de gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al respecto, Ni\u00f1o se\u00f1al\u00f3, \u201cen Finning nos desafiamos a avanzar m\u00e1s all\u00e1, usando las comunicaciones y la tecnolog\u00eda a nuestra disposici\u00f3n, lo que nos permite resolver un servicio mayormente remoto, con un equipo humano presencial reducido, pero, sin descuidar nuestros est\u00e1ndares de Services Excellence que exige CAT\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para concretar el proyecto se consider\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n de un servicio t\u00e9cnico asistido en tiempo real para todos los contratos en faena, adem\u00e1s de drones, c\u00e1maras rugged y QR para catalogar la vida \u00fatil de los equipos. Tambi\u00e9n se dio prioridad al proceso de aprendizaje para replicar el oficio y habilidad del experto a trav\u00e9s de una base de conocimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La propuesta recibi\u00f3 la m\u00e1xima distinci\u00f3n en la categor\u00eda Innovaci\u00f3n con TI y Nuevas Tecnolog\u00edas en la versi\u00f3n 2020 de la premiaci\u00f3n del Club CIO del CETIUC.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se trata de un proyecto liderado por la vicepresidencia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.
