En representaci\u00f3n de Epson, en tanto, estuvieron presentes Roberto Donoso, Country Manager de Epson Chile; el equipo de Productos local y regional, y el equipo de Servicio T\u00e9cnico.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u201cEs bastante gratificante recibir un reconocimiento de una compa\u00f1\u00eda internacional de la envergadura e importancia que tiene Epson en el mundo, y que nos cataloguen como una empresa confiable, arriesgada, s\u00f3lida, que hace la incorporaci\u00f3n de dos m\u00e1quinas SurePress en Latinoam\u00e9rica. Es algo que nos llena de orgullo\u201d, expres\u00f3 Francesco Cembalo.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Roberto Donoso, en tanto, asegur\u00f3 que \u201cagradecemos a Feyser el compromiso que han adquirido con nuestra marca al ser la primera instalaci\u00f3n en Latinoam\u00e9rica en adquirir la SurePress y esperamos que este sea el comienzo de una buena relaci\u00f3n de negocio\u201d.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Por su parte, Vladimir Carvajal, Gerente Regional Segmento Industrial de Epson para el Cono Sur, explic\u00f3 que \u201ccon Feyser tenemos una relaci\u00f3n comercial de m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os, la que tambi\u00e9n ha ido migrando a una relaci\u00f3n de amistad, y siempre he encontrado que esta imprenta ha ido a la vanguardia y se ha atrevido a innovar y a cambiar el foco de la empresa, algo que a veces es un poco dif\u00edcil encontrar en la industria\u201d.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Al ser consultado sobre c\u00f3mo ha sido esta etapa de reinvenci\u00f3n hacia el segmento de etiquetas, Cembalo resalt\u00f3 que \u201cha sido una experiencia muy audaz, debido a que hemos podido lograr objetivos que no ten\u00edamos a corto plazo planteados, sino que los ten\u00edamos a largo plazo. Con Epson hemos logrado la inmediatez de poder entregar soluciones gr\u00e1ficas a los distintos tipos de clientes y entrar en un mercado que era prohibitivo para los clientes, que era poder hacer etiquetas de corto tiraje en rollo para producci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica. Con la incorporaci\u00f3n de estos equipos, nosotros lo hemos logrado\u201d.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Al evento tambi\u00e9n asistieron algunos clientes de larga data de Feyser, entre ellos la Imprenta MMG y Embutidos D\u00edaz, cuyos representantes valoraron el reconocimiento otorgado a Feyser dada su destacada trayectoria en la industria.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">El propietario de Embutidos D\u00edaz, Lewis D\u00edaz, coment\u00f3 que cuando abri\u00f3 su empresa, para el etiquetado de sus productos utilizaba un plotter cuyo material era muy d\u00e9bil y delgado, lo que hac\u00eda dif\u00edcil su manejo. \u201cLuego conoc\u00ed a Feyser y me ofrecieron un servicio de flexograf\u00eda digital. En un principio pens\u00e9 que iba a significar un proceso muy extenso y complejo, pero me presentaron las SurePress con las que est\u00e1n trabajando y el resultado fue excelente: la etiqueta es mucho m\u00e1s gruesa, no pierde el color, se puede pegar y despegar, resiste agua, y adem\u00e1s nos las entregan con rapidez y eficiencia.
