{"id":1699,"date":"2021-11-05T14:03:04","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T17:03:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=1699"},"modified":"2022-05-16T18:16:09","modified_gmt":"2022-05-16T22:16:09","slug":"farmacias-ahumada-obtiene-el-primer-lugar-en-el-ranking-most-innovative-companies-2021","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/farmacias-ahumada-obtiene-el-primer-lugar-en-el-ranking-most-innovative-companies-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Farmacias Ahumada obtiene el primer lugar en el ranking Most Innovative Companies 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El reconocimiento fue otorgado por el ESE Business School en la categor\u00eda Farmacias.<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Ofrecer un servicio centrado en el paciente, donde la innovaci\u00f3n es parte del quehacer diario y en donde se desarrollan proyectos siempre pensando en las personas, fueron los claves para que Farmacias Ahumada se haya hecho merecedora del primer lugar en el ranking MIC 2021, en la categor\u00eda farmacias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Desde 2014, la tradicional cadena de farmacias es parte de Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA), l\u00edder global en salud y bienestar, cuya misi\u00f3n es proporcionar mejores y m\u00e1s accesibles atenciones m\u00e9dicas en todo el mundo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Con su llegada a Chile, WBA implement\u00f3 la estrategia de ubicar al paciente en el centro, presentando una nueva forma de acercarse a los chilenos, ofreciendo no s\u00f3lo medicamentos, sino que una asesor\u00eda completa en prevenci\u00f3n y consejos para mejorar la salud de todos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Un ejemplo concreto es que desde 2018 Farmacias Ahumada implement\u00f3 SaFe (Servicios de Atenci\u00f3n Farmac\u00e9utica Especializados). En 58 de las 300 farmacias que opera a nivel nacional, Ahumada no s\u00f3lo dispensa medicamentos, sino que dispone de espacios donde los pacientes encuentren una gu\u00eda del Qu\u00edmico Farmac\u00e9utico, la posibilidad de realizarse ex\u00e1menes bioqu\u00edmicos y la orientaci\u00f3n necesaria para mantener la adherencia a sus tratamientos, transformando a Ahumada en un real aporte a la salud nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Los pacientes tienen la posibilidad de acceder a ex\u00e1menes r\u00e1pidos de par\u00e1metros bioqu\u00edmicos como la medici\u00f3n de la glicemia, colesterol y triglic\u00e9ridos, las que junto con el control de la presi\u00f3n arterial, permiten detectar situaciones que requieran la revisi\u00f3n por parte de un m\u00e9dico especialista, para controlar la efectividad del tratamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">A SaFe se suma un nuevo canal de venta, Ahumada Express, que consiste en m\u00f3dulos de autoatenci\u00f3n inteligentes, ubicados en puntos claves de la Regi\u00f3n Metropolitana, que permiten comprar medicamentos, escoger d\u00f3nde retirarlos o bien optar por delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">En estos m\u00f3dulos se puede acceder a todo el recetario de Farmacias Ahumada. Adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1n habilitados para \u201cleer\u201d recetas m\u00e9dicas que se escanean en el mismo totem, con la intermediaci\u00f3n de qu\u00edmicos farmac\u00e9uticos que verifican los documentos en l\u00ednea, contestar dudas por medio de un tel\u00e9fono y permiten activar todos los convenios y promociones de los pacientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Ahumada Express es una opci\u00f3n que servir\u00e1 para que en el futuro, localidades que no tienen farmacias f\u00edsicas a lo largo de Chile, puedan contar con todos los servicios de Ahumada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Un punto clave en Ahumada Express y en el canal de e-commerce de Ahumada, es el papel que cumplen los Qu\u00edmicos Farmac\u00e9uticos que est\u00e1n trabajando tras estas plataformas. Con el objetivo de entregar la misma experiencia que viven los pacientes en las farmacias f\u00edsicas, Ahumada pone a disposici\u00f3n en estos canales, a Qu\u00edmicos Farmac\u00e9uticos que se encargan de validar las recetas m\u00e9dicas, entregar consejos y guiar a los pacientes en sus tratamientos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u201cEstos tres ejemplos son s\u00f3lo una muestra de c\u00f3mo la innovaci\u00f3n pensada en nuestros pacientes, nos impulsa a cumplir nuestra tarea de ser una farmacias que est\u00e1 realmente preocupada por los chilenos, ofreciendo mayor acceso y asequibilidad a prestaciones de salud.
