{"id":1598,"date":"2021-03-23T23:59:01","date_gmt":"2021-03-24T02:59:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=1598"},"modified":"2021-12-30T16:46:59","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T19:46:59","slug":"amaya-alvez-y-gonzalo-blumel-participan-en-conversatorios-constitucionales","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/amaya-alvez-y-gonzalo-blumel-participan-en-conversatorios-constitucionales\/","title":{"rendered":"Amaya \u00c1lvez y Gonzalo Blumel participan en Conversatorios Constitucionales"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ambos candidatos dieron a conocer sus diferentes miradas.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Con la participaci\u00f3n de Amaya \u00c1lvez, acad\u00e9mica de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n y Doctora de Filosof\u00eda en Derecho de la Universidad de York, y Gonzalo Blumel, ex ministro del Interior y Segpres se llev\u00f3 a cabo este lunes el primer encuentro del Ciclo de Conversatorios Constitucionales de AmCham Chile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">La actividad comenz\u00f3 con unas palabras de bienvenida de Sergio Rademacher, presidente de AmCham Chile, y luego fue moderada por Paula Est\u00e9vez, gerenta general de la C\u00e1mara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Durante la instancia, \u00c1lvez -quien postula en representaci\u00f3n del Partido Revoluci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica como candidata a la Convenci\u00f3n Constituyente por el Distrito 20, correspondiente a las comunas de Chiguayante, Concepci\u00f3n, Coronel, Florida, Hualp\u00e9n, Hualqui, Penco, San Pedro de la Paz, Santa Juana, Talcahuano y Tom\u00e9 de la regi\u00f3n del Biob\u00edo- afirm\u00f3 que la Nueva Constituci\u00f3n debe incorporar como base un Estado que garantice los Derechos Sociales a las personas, independiente si los provee directamente o si lo hace a trav\u00e9s de terceros, pero siempre debe hacerse cargo de que sean cumplidos; de lo contrario, la responsabilidad final debe recaer sobre el Estado, lo cual no ocurre con la actual Carta Magna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">En tanto, Blumel -quien pertenece al Partido Evoluci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica y aspira a un cupo por el Distrito 10 correspondiente a las comunas de Santiago, Providencia, \u00d1u\u00f1oa, Macul, La Granja y San Joaqu\u00edn de la Regi\u00f3n Metropolitana-sostuvo que los Derechos Sociales en la Nueva Constituci\u00f3n se deben limitar a cinco: a la Educaci\u00f3n, Salud, Vivienda, Seguridad y Trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00c1lvez, por su parte, estim\u00f3 que el modelo de administraci\u00f3n del agua ha fallado y que el Derecho de Acceso al Agua tambi\u00e9n debe ser un Derecho Social Fundamental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">A pesar de sus diferentes miradas, ambos candidatos concluyeron que el proceso constituyente es fundamental para el futuro de Chile y que debe ser abordado con total responsabilidad.
