{"id":1522,"date":"2021-06-01T22:25:57","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T01:25:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=1522"},"modified":"2022-05-13T12:31:01","modified_gmt":"2022-05-13T16:31:01","slug":"webinar-amcham-concluye-que-el-trabajo-hibrido-se-mantendria-post-pandemia","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/webinar-amcham-concluye-que-el-trabajo-hibrido-se-mantendria-post-pandemia\/","title":{"rendered":"Webinar AmCham concluye que el trabajo h\u00edbrido se mantendr\u00eda post-pandemia"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Empresas socias contaron c\u00f3mo implementaron nuevos modelos laborales.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">El trabajo h\u00edbrido es un modelo laboral que seguir\u00eda implement\u00e1ndose despu\u00e9s de la pandemia fue la principal conclusi\u00f3n del webinar \u201cEs hora de tomar decisiones: Trabajo h\u00edbrido o remoto\u201d, organizado por la C\u00e1mara Chilena Norteamericana de Comercio (AmCham Chile).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">La instancia cont\u00f3 con la apertura de Paula Est\u00e9vez, gerenta general de AmCham Chile, y la exposici\u00f3n de Marcelo Fumasoni, jefe de Recursos Humanos para Latinoam\u00e9rica de Microsoft, sobre c\u00f3mo la multinacional ha implementado el trabajo remoto durante la pandemia y planea dejar instalado un modelo laboral h\u00edbrido a fines de este a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Fumasoni explic\u00f3 que la compa\u00f1\u00eda tiene prevista una pol\u00edtica que permitir\u00e1 a sus colaboradores trabajar desde la casa el 50% de tiempo de la jornada laboral, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n darles flexibilidad para su traslado a otras ciudades y transformar algunos puestos de trabajo de full time a part time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">La actividad tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con un panel que estuvo moderado por Denisse Goldfarb, vicepresidenta de Personas de Walmart y Co-Chair del Comit\u00e9 Mercado Laboral del Futuro de AmCham Chile, y que estuvo compuesto por Francisco Tirado, gerente de Recursos Humanos de Sky Airlines; Sof\u00eda S\u00e1nchez, vicepresidenta de Personas &amp; Organizaci\u00f3n de Anglo American; Guzman de Yarza Blanche, Jefe de Estrategia de Espacios de Trabajo para Europa, Medio Oriente y \u00c1frica de JLL; y Lucas Melman, CEO de Spanish Speaking Latam de Gympass.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Los panelistas concordaron en que la flexibilidad de las empresas ser\u00e1 crucial para que la implementaci\u00f3n de modelos h\u00edbridos de trabajo sea exitosa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">En esa l\u00ednea, remarcaron la importancia de que las compa\u00f1\u00edas sean capaces de entregar todas las herramientas, las tecnolog\u00edas y las capacitaciones necesarias a sus trabajadores para que puedan efectuar el trabajo a distancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Asimismo, destacaron el rol de los l\u00edderes, espec\u00edficamente, su capacidad de guiar y al mismo tiempo de empatizar, motivar y generar sentido de pertenencia de los colaboradores dentro de la empresa con el objetivo de manejar los niveles de estr\u00e9s y promover el bienestar al interior de las compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Por \u00faltimo, concluyeron que uno de los beneficios m\u00e1s relevantes que trae el modelo h\u00edbrido es que permite a las empresas trabajar con los talentos disponibles de diferentes lugares del mundo, por lo que la flexibilidad corporativa ser\u00e1 fundamental para los profesionales a la hora de elegir la compa\u00f1\u00eda en quieran desempe\u00f1arse.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Empresas socias contaron c\u00f3mo implementaron nuevos modelos laborales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":30638,"parent":0,"template":"","news_tax":[51,68],"user_type":[44,6],"class_list":["post-1522","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","news_tax-amcham-al-dia","news_tax-comite-mercado-laboral-futuro","user_type-actividades-amcham","user_type-general"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
