{"id":1479,"date":"2021-07-01T20:25:10","date_gmt":"2021-07-01T23:25:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=1479"},"modified":"2021-12-30T16:49:14","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T19:49:14","slug":"taller-amcham-cefis-y-escuela-de-negocios-uai-sobre-sostenibilidad-empresarial","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/taller-amcham-cefis-y-escuela-de-negocios-uai-sobre-sostenibilidad-empresarial\/","title":{"rendered":"Taller AmCham, CEFIS y Escuela de Negocios UAI sobre sostenibilidad empresarial"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La actividad profundiz\u00f3 en c\u00f3mo integrar esta pr\u00e1ctica a las estrategias corporativas.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>C\u00e1mara Chilena Norteamericana de Comercio, AmCham Chile,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> junto al <\/span><b>Centro de Filantrop\u00eda e Inversiones Sociales (CEFIS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y la <\/span><b>Escuela de Negocios de la Universidad Adolfo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> llevaron a cabo un taller de sostenibilidad empresarial -al cual asistieron m\u00e1s de 40 compa\u00f1\u00edas socias de la entidad gremial- con el objetivo de conocer su visi\u00f3n sobre los desaf\u00edos y las oportunidades que conlleva esta buena pr\u00e1ctica corporativa en el contexto de reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que atraviesa el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">La actividad se enmarca en el acuerdo firmado por estas tres entidades para elaborar un Estudio de Sostenibilidad Empresarial que contempla realizar un levantamiento de las pol\u00edticas y programas en esta materia de las empresas socias de AmCham Chile, analizar c\u00f3mo las est\u00e1n incorporando y evaluar su implementaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al inicio del taller, la <\/span><b>directora del Centro de Filantrop\u00eda e Inversiones Sociales de la UAI,<\/b> <b>Magdalena Aninat,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\u00a0 <\/span><b>acad\u00e9mico de la Escuela Negocios de la misma casa de estudios, Esteban Koberg,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> realizaron la exposici\u00f3n denominada <\/span><b>\u201c\u00bfSer sostenible tiene valor?\u201d,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en donde profundizaron sobre los beneficios y desaf\u00edos de integrar la sostenibilidad en el modelo de negocios m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la habitual pr\u00e1ctica del \u201cCompliance\u201d y c\u00f3mo una recuperaci\u00f3n de la actividad econ\u00f3mica sostenible depende, entre otros factores, de cu\u00e1n ambiciosas sean las empresas a la hora de incorporar las conocidas \u201c3P\u201d (Profit, People and Planet) en sus estrategias corporativas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la instancia, adem\u00e1s, se realizaron<\/span><b> 3 grupos de conversaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> donde los socios de Amcham compartieron sus experiencias y percepciones sobre el reto que implica integrar la sostenibilidad como pilar dentro de sus estrategias.
