Inclusi\u00f3n de AmCham Chile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se dio por concluida este mi\u00e9rcoles en el marco de un taller virtual, donde se reconoci\u00f3 el compromiso de las empresas socias participantes y se dieron a conocer los principales resultados del proceso.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, se anticip\u00f3 que en agosto se abrir\u00e1 la convocatoria para aquellos socios que quieran sumarse y ser parte de la 4\u00b0 edici\u00f3n de este programa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>C\u00edrculo de Mentor\u00eda de Diversidad e Inclusi\u00f3n fue creado en 2018 y tiene por objetivo que aquellas empresas socias de AmCham Chile que han puesto la diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n como ejes estrat\u00e9gicos a nivel corporativo compartan toda su experiencia y conocimiento con otras compa\u00f1\u00edas miembros de la C\u00e1mara,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para que \u00e9stas puedan enriquecer el proceso de maduraci\u00f3n de los programas que abordan esta materia al interior de sus organizaciones.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>En esta versi\u00f3n, 39 empresas socias finalizaron el programa, de las cuales 18 cumplieron el rol de mentoras y 21 fueron mentorizadas.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante esta actividad de cierre, la <\/span><b>gerenta general de AmCham Chile, Paula Est\u00e9vez,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> destac\u00f3 la motivaci\u00f3n y todo el trabajo de los socios que fueron parte de esta 3\u00b0 Edici\u00f3n del C\u00edrculo de Mentor\u00eda por fomentar e instaurar una cultura en Diversidad e Inclusi\u00f3n dentro de sus respectivas entidades.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posteriormente, se present\u00f3 un overview de los resultados del proceso desarrollado con el apoyo de la <\/span><b>gerente regional de DE&amp;I de McCann Worldgroup, Luisana Montoya.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luego, la instancia cont\u00f3 con una p\u00adresentaci\u00f3n de la <\/span><b>consultora de Talent Strategy de Mercer, Diana Moreno,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sobre <\/span><b>\u201cLas Nuevas Tendencias y Desaf\u00edos de D&amp;I\u201d,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> donde se\u00f1al\u00f3 <\/span><b>la importancia de sumar la equidad como un tercer concepto asociado a la diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dentro de las organizaciones.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moreno agreg\u00f3 que <\/span><b>el principal reto es que las entidades efectivamente implementen lo que dicen que van a hacer, pues en ello existe una brecha.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En ese sentido, apunt\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con un estudio de Mercer, un 81% de las organizaciones globales dicen que est\u00e1n trabajando en materia de diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n, pero solo un 42% afirma contar con una estrategia real y concreta al respecto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, la <\/span><b>consultora\u00a0 de Talent Strategy de Mercer, Jazm\u00edn Mart\u00edn,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> llev\u00f3 a cabo una breve encuesta interactiva a los participantes para conocer sus opiniones y recomendaciones para sumarla a la pr\u00f3xima edici\u00f3n de este programa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En esta versi\u00f3n, participaron 39 empresas socias: 18 mentoras y 21 mentorizadas.<br \/>\nLa 3\u00b0 Edici\u00f3n del C\u00edrculo de Mentor\u00eda de Diversidad &amp;
