{"id":1427,"date":"2021-08-11T18:31:01","date_gmt":"2021-08-11T21:31:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=1427"},"modified":"2022-09-27T17:44:49","modified_gmt":"2022-09-27T21:44:49","slug":"amcham-abre-convocatoria-para-el-circulo-de-mentoria-de-diversidad-inclusion","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/amcham-abre-convocatoria-para-el-circulo-de-mentoria-de-diversidad-inclusion\/","title":{"rendered":"AmCham abre convocatoria para el C\u00edrculo de Mentor\u00eda de Diversidad e Inclusi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><\/b><strong>Hasta el 25 de agosto, las empresas socias podr\u00e1n inscribirse en este programa.<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>C\u00e1mara Chilena Norteamericana de Comercio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, AmCham Chile, abri\u00f3 este martes el per\u00edodo de convocatoria para que las empresas socias puedan inscribirse para participar de la 4\u00b0 Edici\u00f3n del C\u00edrculo de Mentor\u00eda de Diversidad &amp; Inclusi\u00f3n, el cual se extender\u00e1 hasta el 25 de agosto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La iniciativa, organizada por el <\/span><b>Comit\u00e9 Mercado Laboral del Futuro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de <\/span><b>AmCham Chile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tiene como prop\u00f3sito<\/span><b> que aquellas empresas socias que cuentan con robustas pol\u00edticas corporativas en materia de diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n, compartan todo su conocimiento con otras compa\u00f1\u00edas socias para que \u00e9stas puedan <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">enriquecer el proceso de maduraci\u00f3n de sus programas de D&amp;I al interior de las organizaciones.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>Gerente General de AmCham Chile, Paula Est\u00e9vez,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> asegur\u00f3 que \u201cfomentar la <\/span><b>diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n es un eje central de nuestro quehacer como gremio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
