{"id":1386,"date":"2021-09-03T14:32:14","date_gmt":"2021-09-03T17:32:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=1386"},"modified":"2022-05-13T12:14:49","modified_gmt":"2022-05-13T16:14:49","slug":"amcham-inicia-la-4-edicion-del-circulo-de-mentorias-en-diversidad-inclusion","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/amcham-inicia-la-4-edicion-del-circulo-de-mentorias-en-diversidad-inclusion\/","title":{"rendered":"AmCham inicia la 4\u00b0 Edici\u00f3n del C\u00edrculo de Mentor\u00edas en Diversidad &#038; Inclusi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En un encuentro virtual, se dio la bienvenida a las 47 empresas socias inscritas.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>gerente general de AmCham Chile, Paula Est\u00e9vez,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dio inicio este jueves a la <\/span><b>4\u00b0 Edici\u00f3n de Circulo de Mentor\u00edas, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">iniciativa que tiene como objetivo que las empresas socias que cuentan con experiencia y casos de \u00e9xito en esta materia, compartan sus aprendizajes para desarrollar al m\u00e1ximo el potencial de otras compa\u00f1\u00edas de la C\u00e1mara comprometidas a avanzar en este \u00e1mbito.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este programa, que se desarrolla con el apoyo de la <\/span><b>gerente regional de DE&amp;I de McCann Worldgroup, Luisana Montoya, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuenta con m\u00e1s de 60 empresas inscritas para esta cuarta versi\u00f3n que se extender\u00e1 hasta diciembre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>\u201cDesde ya, agradezco y felicito a los presentes, que han manifestado su compromiso de participar activamente en esta nueva edici\u00f3n del C\u00edrculo. Muchos nos han acompa\u00f1ado constantemente durante los cuatros a\u00f1os que llevamos desarrollando este programa. Y tambi\u00e9n, siempre es un placer contar con nuevas caras que se suman a esta comunidad.\u00a0 El C\u00edrculo es una co-construcci\u00f3n entre todos y todas, y esperamos que su impacto siga creciendo\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sostuvo la <\/span><b>gerente general de AmCham Chile, Paula Est\u00e9vez.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la actividad, representantes de <\/span><b>Accenture, Microsoft y Walmart,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> empresas socias que participaran en esta 4\u00b0 Edici\u00f3n del C\u00edrculo como mentoras dieron a conocer los motivos que los llevaron a sumarse a esta iniciativa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>l\u00edder de Diversidad &amp; Inclusi\u00f3n de Accenture,<\/b> <b>Santiago Aliaga<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, destac\u00f3 el programa, se\u00f1alando que es fundamental la colaboraci\u00f3n y el intercambio de buenas pr\u00e1cticas con otras empresas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras, la <\/span><b>Directora de Recursos Humanos de Microsoft, Estefan\u00eda Canosa,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> resalt\u00f3 la importancia de tener un constante aprendizaje en esta materia, independiente de si las organizaciones alcanzan un alto grado de madurez al respecto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A su vez, la <\/span><b>Subgerente de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusi\u00f3n de Walmart Chile, Ema Yoshikawa,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> recalc\u00f3 la relevancia de promover estos valores, m\u00e1s que como empresa individual, como sector privado de forma conjunta.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la instancia, se inform\u00f3 a las empresas socias inscritas en el programa que <\/span><b>podr\u00e1n elegir una de las tres siguientes modalidades de participaci\u00f3n,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de acuerdo a su necesidad espec\u00edfica:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Starters:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que no contempla participar de una mentor\u00eda propiamente tal, sino como asistentes en sesiones plenarias y mesas redondas sobre D&amp;I, con total flexibilidad de tiempo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Mid Mentorship:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que contempla participar de una mentor\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de grupos.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Deeper Mentorship:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que contempla participar de una mentor\u00eda uno a uno entre empresas.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, se precis\u00f3 que, para aquellas empresas socias que decidan participar bajo la modalidad, Mid y Deeper Mentorship, la metodolog\u00eda del programa consistir\u00e1 en las siguientes <\/span><b>5 etapas:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\u00b0 <\/span><b>Preparatoria,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que tienen relaci\u00f3n con desarrollar un diagn\u00f3stico de las empresas participantes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2\u00b0<\/span><b> Conectar,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que tienen relaci\u00f3n con hacer un match entre una empresa que cumplir\u00e1 el rol de mentora y otra que va a ser mentorizada, revisar sus expectativas, metas y objetivos conjuntos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3\u00b0 <\/span><b>Planificar,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que tiene relaci\u00f3n con preparar el plan de mentor\u00edas (contenidos y log\u00edstica) en su base a los hallazgos del diagn\u00f3stico realizado\u00a0 a las empresas participantes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4\u00b0 <\/span><b>Profundizar,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que tiene relaci\u00f3n con efectuar sesiones de encuentro por distintas capas\u00a0 organizacionales de las empresas participantes (Gerencial, RR.HH, Grupos D&amp;I)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5\u00b0 <\/span><b>Proyectar,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que tiene relaci\u00f3n con definir la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para su implementaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, la <\/span><b>Chair del Mercado Laboral del Futuro de AmCham Chile y Directora de la Unidad de Negocios, Cluster Sur de Johnson &amp;
