{"id":1382,"date":"2021-09-03T14:27:14","date_gmt":"2021-09-03T17:27:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amcham.dmeat.cl\/?post_type=news&#038;p=1382"},"modified":"2021-12-30T16:48:55","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T19:48:55","slug":"se-concluyo-que-las-areas-de-rrhh-deberan-implementar-marketplaces-de-talento-cuerpo-la-importancia-de-fomentar-un-continuo-aprendizaje-de-los-trabajadores-dentro-del-mercado-labor","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/se-concluyo-que-las-areas-de-rrhh-deberan-implementar-marketplaces-de-talento-cuerpo-la-importancia-de-fomentar-un-continuo-aprendizaje-de-los-trabajadores-dentro-del-mercado-labor\/","title":{"rendered":"Oscar Landerretche y Sebasti\u00e1n Claro analizan la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Resaltaron la importancia de implementar una estrategia de desarrollo productivo.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los economistas <\/span><b>Oscar Landerretche<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y<\/span><b> Sebastian Claro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> profundizaron sobre la situaci\u00f3n institucional y econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, en el marco del conversatorio \u201cProceso constituyente en Chile: propuestas econ\u00f3micas y an\u00e1lisis\u201d, organizado por <\/span><b>AmCham Chile.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La actividad fue liderada por la Past President y Chair del Comit\u00e9 de Inversiones y Negocios de AmCham Chile, <\/span><b>Sandra Guazzotti,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y moderada por el Co- Chair del Comit\u00e9, <\/span><b>Rodrigo Aravena.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante el encuentro virtual, el <\/span><b>acad\u00e9mico de la Facultad de Econom\u00eda y Negocios de la Universidad de Chile, Oscar Landerretche,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> estim\u00f3 que el estancamiento que ha tenido el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds desde hace 10 a\u00f1os aproximadamente se debe a que no se ha desarrollado una nueva estrategia productiva, m\u00e1s vinculada a innovaci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda, que le entregue mayor potencial a la econom\u00eda.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Agreg\u00f3 que, si bien ha habido varios proyectos novedosos en Chile que se han transformado en empresas unicornio, el porcentaje de inversi\u00f3n en innovaci\u00f3n del sector privado sigue siendo muy bajo.
