El grupo est\u00e1 integrado por 18 alumnas de 4to medio del Liceo Industrial Eulogio Gordo de Antofagasta.<\/h5>\n

Continuando con el compromiso de entregar capacidades t\u00e9cnicas a mujeres y con ello acortar la brecha de g\u00e9nero en la industria, Finning<\/strong>, empresa socia de AmCham Chile<\/strong>, inici\u00f3 el programa presencial de capacitaci\u00f3n de Mantenedoras de Equipos M\u00f3viles con sello CCM (Consejo de Competencias Mineras).\u00a0 El grupo est\u00e1 integrado por 18 alumnas de 4to medio del Liceo Industrial Eulogio Gordo de Antofagasta, establecimiento que ha adaptado sus procesos educacionales para que las j\u00f3venes puedan participar de esta iniciativa.<\/p>\n

\u201cDurante este a\u00f1o las estudiantes cursar\u00e1n el programa de 2 meses en Finning, para luego continuar en enero del 2022 con un mes de capacitaci\u00f3n en la especializaci\u00f3n del Cami\u00f3n, modelo 797F de Caterpillar, as\u00ed en febrero del 2022 quedar\u00e1n disponibles para la organizaci\u00f3n para el programa de aprendices y se podr\u00e1n incorporar a nuestras operaciones. De esta manera estamos entregando capacidades concretas, que son efectivamente requeridas en la industria\u201d, explica\u00a0Giovanna Schiavi<\/strong>, jefa de capacitaci\u00f3n zona norte.<\/p>\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n es dictada por la Instructora de Mantenimiento, Jessica Araya<\/strong>, en una sala de clases especialmente adaptada en el interior del taller del FIT Antofagasta, para cumplir con todos los protocolos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para la prevenci\u00f3n del Covid-19.\u00a0 All\u00ed realizar\u00e1n los cursos de aplicaci\u00f3n del mantenimiento en complejos mineros, t\u00e9cnicas de metrolog\u00eda y uso de herramientas comunes para el mantenimiento de equipos fijo y m\u00f3viles, entre otros.<\/p>\n

Por su parte,\u00a0Marco Berdichevsky<\/strong>, Vicepresidente de Recursos Humanos para Finning Sudam\u00e9rica, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que\u00a0\u201cEl mundo del futuro est\u00e1 esperando que las empresas sean sostenibles y sustentables y eso se logra con una fuerza laboral diversa, donde participen mujeres y otros grupos subrepresentados, que conecte fuertemente con la sociedad\u201d; as\u00ed agreg\u00f3 que \u201ctenemos que disminuir las brechas en materia de competencias y habilidades entre hombres y mujeres, y este tipo de programas va en esa l\u00ednea\u201d.<\/p>\n
