{"id":12209,"date":"2021-01-06T11:50:37","date_gmt":"2021-01-06T14:50:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.amchamchile.cl\/?p=166717"},"modified":"2022-06-08T12:26:09","modified_gmt":"2022-06-08T16:26:09","slug":"sergio-rademacher-gerente-general-de-microsoft-chile-asume-como-nuevo-presidente-de-amcham-chile","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/sergio-rademacher-gerente-general-de-microsoft-chile-asume-como-nuevo-presidente-de-amcham-chile\/","title":{"rendered":"Sergio Rademacher, Gerente General de Microsoft Chile, asume como nuevo Presidente de AmCham Chile"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>El Directorio eligi\u00f3 por unanimidad a <strong>Sergio Rademacher<\/strong>, Gerente General de Microsoft Chile, como nuevo Presidente para el per\u00edodo 2021 &#8211; 2023.<\/h5>\n<p>El Directorio de la C\u00e1mara Chileno Norteamericana de Comercio, AmCham Chile, eligi\u00f3 por unanimidad a Sergio Rademacher, Gerente General de Microsoft Chile, como nuevo Presidente de la organizaci\u00f3n para el per\u00edodo 2021 &#8211; 2023.<\/p>\n<p>El nombramiento se produce tras el t\u00e9rmino del per\u00edodo de<strong> Sandra Guazzotti<\/strong>, quien durante los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os lider\u00f3 el posicionamiento de AmCham impulsando el desarrollo de negocios sostenibles entre Chile y Estados Unidos, y tambi\u00e9n jugando un rol fundamental en la visibilizaci\u00f3n y transferencia de las mejores pr\u00e1cticas desde los socios de la C\u00e1mara en beneficio del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Al asumir el cargo, Sergio Rademacher, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201c<strong>2021 ser\u00e1 un a\u00f1o donde desde AmCham contribuiremos a una reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica sostenible<\/strong>, reafirmando nuestro compromiso de largo plazo con el pa\u00eds y manifestando nuestra total disposici\u00f3n en la realizaci\u00f3n de un trabajo colaborativo p\u00fablico-privado que nos permita avanzar juntos hacia un desarrollo inclusivo e integral.\u201d Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que \u201cbuscar\u00e1 impulsar a trav\u00e9s de las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de las empresas socias, posicionar a AmCham como un referente en materia de diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n, transformaci\u00f3n digital y sustentabilidad contribuyendo a la competitividad de Chile\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Paula Est\u00e9vez, Gerente General de AmCham Chile, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cel trabajo que liderar\u00e1 Rademacher va en l\u00ednea con lo realizado en el periodo anterior, donde a ra\u00edz del estallido social y la crisis sanitaria generamos instancias que permitieron a nuestras empresas socias reflexionar sobre sus prioridades, invit\u00e1ndolas a re-pensar el rol de las compa\u00f1\u00edas como agregadores de valor social, donde la rentabilidad de las empresas no es un fin en s\u00ed mismo, sino una consecuencia de los beneficios que generan las empresas a la sociedad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Sobre Sergio Rademacher<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Sergio Rademacher cuenta con 25 a\u00f1os de experiencia en la industria tecnol\u00f3gica latinoamericana. Actualmente se desempe\u00f1a como Gerente General de Microsoft Chile, cargo donde ha impulsado proyectos transformacionales de inteligencia artificial y nube, generando oportunidades de crecimiento para clientes de diversas industrias.<\/p>\n<p>Rademacher, Ingeniero Civil Industrial de la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile, tambi\u00e9n ha contribuido al desarrollo de la innovaci\u00f3n local a trav\u00e9s del apoyo al ecosistema de peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, impulsando pr\u00e1cticas para la formaci\u00f3n de equipos diversos con una destacada participaci\u00f3n en iniciativas de promoci\u00f3n para la inclusi\u00f3n de la mujer en carreras STEM.<\/p>\n<p>El ejecutivo, que adem\u00e1s forma parte del directorio de Pa\u00eds Digital, anteriormente se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 en SONDA como Vicepresidente Corporativo de Servicios de Datacenter y Cloud para Latinoam\u00e9rica, y previamente fue CIO de la Universidad Adolfo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Directorio eligi\u00f3 por unanimidad a Sergio Rademacher, Gerente General de Microsoft Chile, como nuevo Presidente para el per\u00edodo 2021 &#8211; 2023.
