La b\u00fasqueda de soluciones innovadoras para facilitar el proceso de abastecimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n en medio del avance del coronavirus es un tema prioritario para Walmart Chile. En ese contexto, la compa\u00f1\u00eda implement\u00f3 para todos sus locales de Lider, Express de Lider y SuperBodega aCuenta a lo largo del pa\u00eds, un novedoso sistema para agendar v\u00eda web la visita al supermercado.<\/p>\n

Para acceder a esta iniciativa que busca disminuir las aglomeraciones en la entrada de las tiendas y de paso agilizar el proceso de compra de quienes accedan a este beneficio, los clientes deben ingresar sus datos en el sitio web www.lider.cl\/agenda, seleccionar el supermercado m\u00e1s cercano y agendar un horario. Luego al llegar al local s\u00f3lo es necesario mostrar el correo de confirmaci\u00f3n para ingresar de forma preferente.<\/p>\n

\u201cHacemos un llamado a nuestros clientes para que utilicen esta alternativa. Sabemos que es importante evitar aglomeraciones y tiempos de espera y por lo mismo hemos puesto a disposici\u00f3n de las personas el agendamiento v\u00eda web, lo que junto a m\u00e1s de 40 medidas que hemos implementado en nuestros supermercados, apunta a disminuir las posibilidades de contagio\u201d, afirma Manuel L\u00f3pez, VP de Operaciones de Walmart Chile.<\/p>\n

El agendamiento web se suma a otra importante iniciativa implementada por Walmart Chile para gestionar el ingreso de clientes a sus tiendas. La compa\u00f1\u00eda incorpor\u00f3 una aplicaci\u00f3n que permite saber con exactitud el n\u00famero de clientes y colaboradores dentro de cada uno de sus locales a lo largo del pa\u00eds y as\u00ed controlar la capacidad m\u00e1xima recomendada por la autoridad y cuidar la salud de colaboradores y clientes.<\/p>\n

Paralelamente, Walmart Chile ha adoptado medidas para evitar la posibilidad de contagio al interior de sus tiendas. A la sanitizaci\u00f3n semanal preventiva de todos sus locales, que considera labores de limpieza y desinfecci\u00f3n en cada una de las instalaciones, la compa\u00f1\u00eda determin\u00f3 el uso de alfombras desinfectantes en los accesos al supermercado para dar mayor tranquilidad a sus clientes y colaboradores.<\/p>\n

Esto se suma a una serie de acciones adoptadas por la compa\u00f1\u00eda para asegurar el distanciamiento social dentro de las tiendas: demarcaciones en lugares clave, pantallas acr\u00edlicas en las cajas y un nuevo protocolo para la venta de productos frescos empacados, entre otros.<\/p>\n

Walmart Chile reitera el llamado a tomar una serie de precauciones al momento de realizar su compra, tales como asistir al supermercado solo y cuando sea estrictamente necesario; realizar una compra responsable de aquellos productos altamente demandados; y mantener dos carros de distancia con el resto de los clientes.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
