La tem\u00e1tica de compliance y gobierno corporativo requiere de un marco regulatorio establecido por el gobierno del cual las empresas puedan delinear su comportamiento:<\/p>\n

Ley N\u00ba 21.121 que \u201cModifica normas sobre corrupci\u00f3n y otros delitos, crea nuevos tipos penales y ampl\u00eda la responsabilidad penal de las personas jur\u00eddicas\u201d. El 20 de noviembre de 2018 se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial la Ley N\u00b0 21.121 (la \u201cLey\u201d), que modifica el C\u00f3digo Penal, la Ley N\u00b0 20.393 sobre responsabilidad penal de las personas jur\u00eddicas, y la ley N\u00b0 19.913 sobre lavado de activos, en lo relativo a diversas conductas penales relacionadas con la corrupci\u00f3n y conflictos de inter\u00e9s. Ley 20.393 que \u201cestablece la responsabilidad penal de las personas jur\u00eddicas en los delitos que indica\u201d. Esta ley entre otras cosas establece que las personas jur\u00eddicas ser\u00e1n responsables de los delitos de lavado de activos, financiamiento del terrorismo y delitos de cohecho a funcionario p\u00fablico nacional y extranjero que fueran cometidos directamente en beneficio de la Instituci\u00f3n, por sus due\u00f1os, controladores, responsables, ejecutivos principales, representantes o quienes realicen actividades de administraci\u00f3n o supervisi\u00f3n, siempre que la comisi\u00f3n del delito fuere consecuencia del incumplimiento, por parte de la Instituci\u00f3n, de los deberes de direcci\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n. Proyecto de ley que modifica la ley del consumidor, y que establece medidas para incentivar la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de los consumidores.
