(Despegar), compa\u00f1\u00eda liderada por Dami\u00e1n Scokin (CEO), anunci\u00f3 el precio de su oferta p\u00fablica inicial de 12,770,000 acciones ordinarias al precio de U$S26 por acci\u00f3n, previo a los descuentos de los de la colocaci\u00f3n. Las acciones comenzar\u00e1n a cotizar en la Bolsa de Nueva York el 20 de septiembre de 2017 bajo la denominaci\u00f3n \u201cDESP\u201d y se espera que la oferta p\u00fablica cierre el 22 de septiembre de 2017, supeditada a las condiciones de cierre habituales. Asimismo, Despegar.com ha concedido a los bancos colocadores el derecho al ejercicio de una opci\u00f3n de 30 d\u00edas para la compra de hasta 1,915,500 acciones ordinarias adicionales al precio de la oferta p\u00fablica inicial, menos los descuentos aplicables por la colocaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Morgan Stanley &amp; Co.
