{"id":10068,"date":"2017-04-26T20:17:51","date_gmt":"2017-04-26T23:17:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.amchamchile.cl\/?p=150476"},"modified":"2017-04-26T20:22:35","modified_gmt":"2017-04-26T23:22:35","slug":"aramark-capacito-a-200-trabajadores-en-inacap","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/amchamchile.cl\/en\/noticia\/aramark-capacito-a-200-trabajadores-en-inacap\/","title":{"rendered":"[:es]Aramark capacit\u00f3 a 200 trabajadores en Inacap [:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:es]A trav\u00e9s de una ceremonia de graduaci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea y transmitida v\u00eda streaming en Calama, Santiago y Concepci\u00f3n, se entreg\u00f3 el diploma de certificaci\u00f3n a 200 trabajadores de Aramark que realizaron el Programa Desarrolla tu Carrera que ofrece la compa\u00f1\u00eda estadounidense.<\/p>\n<p>Esta capacitaci\u00f3n es parte de un convenio nacional entre Aramark e Inacap desde 2014, mediante el cual se han certificado alrededor de 820 trabajadores en las \u00e1reas de servicio de alimentaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de instalaciones, que son las que caracterizan a esta empresa. Los colaboradores cursaron mallas curriculares de hasta 80 horas cronol\u00f3gicas, incluyendo asignaturas como calidad y buenas pr\u00e1cticas de manufacturas, servicio al cliente, t\u00e9cnicas culinarias y t\u00e9cnicas de limpieza, entre otras, lo que les permite perfeccionar sus conocimientos y est\u00e1ndar de calidad del servicio ofrecido.<\/p>\n<p>El vicepresidente de Recursos Humanos y Asuntos Corporativos de Aramark Sudam\u00e9rica, Iv\u00e1n Mergudich, destac\u00f3 que \u201ceste programa busca capacitar a nuestros trabajadores con mejor desempe\u00f1o para que puedan desarrollarse laboralmente dentro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. As\u00ed, cada trabajador graduado se transforma en candidato para movilidad interna cuando existan vacantes disponibles. Creemos que la oportunidad de crecer y desarrollar habilidades desde la primera l\u00ednea, para que sean expertos en su \u00e1mbito laboral, es uno de los factores que motiva a nuestros empleados a trabajar comprometidos con nosotros y de cara a nuestros clientes\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la graduaci\u00f3n, se reconoci\u00f3 a los tres mejores alumnos de la promoci\u00f3n 2017, entreg\u00e1ndoles una beca de estudios para cursar una carrera t\u00e9cnico profesional en Inacap, que pueden elegir dentro de una amplia variedad de opciones.
