The operation, which also included improvements to the school\u2019s garden, was organized jointly by P&G and Corporaci\u00f3n Sociedad Activa (CAS), a Chilean organization through which companies can assist the development of a specific community.  Members of CAS including executive director Carmen Peralta, staff of the nursery school and parents also participated in the operation. \u201cThis will benefit principally the welfare, interaction and integration of the children but will also facilitate our teaching activities,\u201d said Pamela Mardones, director of the 170-pupil nursery school."}
